Our Client is a global and prestigious brand specialised in professional advisory area. To further strengthen their administration team, we are seeking to recruit an experienced candidate to undertake the role of Executive Assistant dedicated to management.
Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Maintain calendars and perform all necessary scheduling
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics (airline tickets, restaurants, conference rooms, hotels)
- Draft and prepare various documents and correspondence in polish and english
- Prepare weekly timesheets and expense reports
- Interact with clients regarding meeting setup and other administrative issues
- Develop and maintain relationships with client counterparts
- Interact with specialized outside vendors and other offices worldwide

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- MA degree
- Minimum 5 years of board/executive assistant experience in professional office environment (preferably international company)
- Knowledge of Windows environment and MS Office package
- Fluency in Polish and English usage, grammar, spelling and punctuation
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Ability to work under high time pressure
- Ability to multitask
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in the absence of direct supervision, demonstrating good judgment and initiative
- Displays very high standard of professional behaviour and ethical standards
- Demonstrates extremely strong customer focus
- Minimum 5 years of board/executive assistant experience in professional office environment (preferably international company)
