What will you do?
- Proactively manage calendars (schedule calls and meetings, resolve scheduling conflicts, act as a point of contact for questions and requests on the calendar)
- Arrange travel and manage related logistics (book flights, trains, hotels, taxis, etc., perform on-line check-in)
- Act as point of contact and representative regarding calendar requests
- Help with preparation prior to meetings
- Coordinate conferences and events (remotely and on-site when required)
- Maintain and update contact details
- Process expenses & administer timesheets
- Help in preparation and coordination of consultant year end reviews
What is required from you?
- Administrative or customer service experience
- Fluent English (C1 level)
- Solid communication skills
- Ability to manage various tasks against agreed timelines
