X-Trade Brokers is a licensed brokerage house in the European Union, specialized in trading on OTC derivative instruments (forex, commodities, indices).
In the last few years X-Trade Brokers experienced a fast growth in Europe with offices in Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Spain, Germany, Romania, France, Portugal and Hungary. Now the company is planning to focus on new markets with great potential for development. For our growing company we are currently looking for a:
- working closely with the Head of the Business through the design and planning phase of new projects and departments
- preparing feasibility analysis, advising and reporting to Managers
- overseeing the development process right from concept to completion while taking necessary actions to solve potential problems
- reporting on projects status
- managing relationships internally and externally
- resolving issues in a timely manner
- monitoring of competition activities
- strong communication, interpersonal and research skills
- knowledge of financial markets
- intuition in business topics: implementation, departments’ set up, negotiations with suppliers and time management skills are sought after
- ability to move certainly in an intercultural environment
- excellent knowledge of spoken and written English language is a must
- good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel is required
- highly effective and quick learner
- ability to meet projects deadlines under pressure
- highly motivated, multitasking, organized, detailed and responsible
- daily attendance at the Warsaw office
The ideal candidate should have an open character and be motivated to speed up the development of the XTB’s brand strongly. He/she should also have at least a short work experience beforehand in related areas.
