Job description
Candidate will be responsible for:
- Ensuring smooth execution of migrations of mailboxes to Office 365 cloud,
- Managing escalations from customer,
- Coordinating issues during Migration,
- Managing customer forecasts to provide visibility of migrations, migration type and volumes for Migration Factory to plan for resourcing.
Requirements
Core requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in IT and/or Project Management area,
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Exchange Server,
- Very good German,
- Good English,
- Ability to travel and work from Warsaw (50% of time),
- University degree,
- Experience and comfort in working within international environment.
Nice to have skills
• Knowledge about other mail server solutions (Lotus Domino, Novell),
• Knowledge and experience in Windows Server environment.
