Our Client, a company with global brand, invites for the recruitment process: Excel Expert with English - Data Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Understand Fulfilment/Warehouse Centers Systems and ability to manipulate them
- Track and report system performence through equipment performance monitoring software platforms
- Analysis and presentation of data
- Support other team members with the completion of workflows during busy periods
- Managing personal workflow tasks in a timely and effective manner
- Communicate Customer Shipment Risk and performance opportunities to FC operations in a standardized manner
Requirements:
- Fluency in English
- Very good skills in MS Excel
- General computer knowledge
- Demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills, ability to analyze numerical data points, work with data to assess situations and take appropriate action
- Detail oriented: accuracy is essential
- Customer-oriented skills
- Nice to have: SQL knowledge
