- Proven experience in event coordination, at least 3 years;
- Experience producing or managing online events will be an advantage;
- Good knowledge of MS Office;
- Ability in project coordination;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to details;

Challenges for you:
- Coordinating event projects and process flow;
- Preparing a virtual event project plan;
- Building pre-production timeline for all elements of virtual event;
- Providing logistical and administrative support;
- Assisting with creative decisions;
- Ad-hoc duties at events;
- Ensuring all branded items for events arrive on time;
- Coordinating work with various internal departments;
- Pre- and Post-event reporting;
- Engaging with vendors;
- Arranging travels for company’s representatives;
- Conducting researches on industry events.
