For our site in Gliwice we are currently looking for a:
Responsibilities:

Coordinates the introduction of new OE / overall AM projects
-
Realises cost reductions/avoidance without quality or safety compromise
-
Gives support to Product Engineering concerning new developments and/or process related issues: i.e. guide product engineers towards a most economical capable design for manufacturing

Implements product standardisation or process standardisation projects across different plants
-
Coordinates the interplant product transfers
-
Benchmarks (internal & external) and defines best practices; applies Kaizen
-
Starts up assigned JIS plants
-
Develops new processes for existing products, looks for potential suppliers, testing and confirmation
-
Ensures technical portion of equipment purchase, supplier acceptance and run in a targeted site.

Trains local people regarding use of equipment.
Requirements:

Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanics or Electromechanics)

At least 5 years of industrial experience preferably as process engineer – welding experience is a must
-
Fluent in English, basic knowledge of German - knowledge of other languages is an advantage
