For our Client – new Shared Service Centre in Poznan (FMCG Sector) - we are currently looking for Europe Service Centre Manager with advanced level of English to join a team of professionals.
Within this role you will be responsible for defining CSC Europe strategic direction and overseeing execution and alignment to the global strategy, supporting European CSC deployment and ongoing support of the Global Commercial Signature Processes, maintaining connections with interfacing functional areas to ensure quickest possible resolution of issues and optimization of synergies, accountable for the building and selling of a benefits case to support the creation of new services to Commercial, accountable for the alignment of the new structure to the Commercial teams and operations in Europe, input and alignment with supporting or impacting programs to establish requirements, priorities and capabilities, participating in external forums and associations and benchmarking of shared services with the external world to ensure company benchmarks to world class.
Additionally you will line manage team of 6 associates and indirectly manage overall team of 40 people (mix of associates and externally managed resources), build and ensure continuous development of a high performing team, be accountable for formal management and recruitment of associates including PDP development, engagement sessions and ADR input including succession planning.
Moreover you will be in charge of managing seamless knowledge transfer from existing service centre, developing client relationships with each segment supported throughout Europe, managing communication and relationship with the key Regional and Global senior stakeholders and accountable for constant best practice and knowledge sharing with the other regional Service Centres
The ideal candidate for this role will hold preferably university degree and have Commercial or Service business background including: knowledge of, and experience in, core P2P functional competencies and in Commercial best practice, in-depth knowledge of existing functional systems, 2+ years of Commercial and/or BPO Service experience. To suit this role you must present ability to build and manage effective teams, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop a network of peers in a multicultural environment, Experience dealing with and influencing senior management, internal and external customers.This role requires a high degree of independence and achievement motivation, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time and competing priorities independently, process change affecting people (change management) as well as demonstration of the ability to identify issues / improvements and drive change. Fluency in English - both written and spoken is a must, knowledge of Polish is preffered, other European languages are desired (German, French, etc.)
