Our AX Department is looking for an effective AX Project Manager with deep functional knowledge of Supply Chain and/or Finance. The majority of projects are involving business functions across the Hempel Group. This requires extensive cooperation across functions and geographies. You will work with collegues on all levels in the company; from your own team to end users, stakeholders and decision makers.

- Reporting to the ERP Programme Manager, you will manage projects from initiation to hand-over to the Service Desk
- Develop Project plans with clear tasks and milestones
- Actively participating in the projects utilising your functional knowledge and experience
- Keep track of the projects, ensure correct monthly reporting and administrative accuracy
- Develop Business Cases
- Prepare specifications for development
- Contribute to standardisation of project management methods and tools within IT and across the entire Hempel Group
- Assist other project managers with guidelines and general support in relation to miscellaneous project management activities
- Management of external suppliers in connection with project related activities
- A Bachelors degree in Business or IT (or equivalent work experience) plus a minimum of 5 years as a Project Manager working with AX/ERP
- VISIO, MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, and MS Word compentency at an advanced level
- Self Organization
- Ability to communicate constructively and precisely in relation to others both verbally and in writing
- Ability to contribute actively to joint results even in matters, which are not of immediate personal interest
- Ability to work under changing circumstances, tasks, responsibilities and people
