- Support team members in the area of development, administration, and implementation of all initiatives in desktop’s and/or application packaging area
- Verify possibilities to implement new features and improvements
- Help to identify risks and assure remediation of gaps to facilitate sustainable and modern environment
- Analyse business needs and trends in specific areas of responsibility
- Support secure continuous improvement of the services, based on business needs

- Want to learn and develop your skills
- Knows concepts of delivering and managing Windows 10/11, Configuration Manager, AND/OR application packaging, Intune, AND/OR Azure Virtual Desktop
- Has some knowledge regarding implementing, and maintaining required level for patching, update, image, and device compliance management
- Provides support on implementation and maintenance of modern desktop solutions within the company
- Understands relationships with Active Directory and Azure AD solutions
- You are team player
- You have proficient knowledge and at least 1-year hands-on IT experience
- You have some experience in supporting AND/OR maintenance of Windows and Configuration Manager
- You have some knowledge of Intune, AVD desktops, application delivery
- You have high problem-solving skills
- You communicate effortlessly in English
- You hold a degree in Computer science or similar
