Job Summary:
The Global Service Operations – Identity and Access Management (IAM) team provides infrastructure engineering, application development and operational support for Accenture’s global authentication and authorization systems. These systems fall into the areas of Directory Services, Web SSO and Federation, PKI and Strong Authentication.
An IAM Level 10 Support Analyst is responsible for:
- 2nd level support via standard incident response systems to ensure Identity and Access Management (IAM) related services are delivered to meet customer business needs and expectations
- Monitoring and investigating IAM system related alerts
- Assisting senior members in providing administration, testing maintenance and support for the IAM infrastructure and environment

Job Description:
- Monitors and investigates system alerts.
- Examines system event logs and attempts to correlate with incidents.
- Assists in the administration, testing, maintenance and support of Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and associated infrastructure.
- Performs second level support of identified incidents with intention to resolve. If escalation is required, will completely document troubleshooting efforts in incident ticket and immediately alert responsible party for resolution.
- Integrates applications with ADFS and Symantec VIP
- Attends troubleshooting bridge calls for global Critical ouatges.
- Shares knowledge gained with fellow team members.
- Creates and maintains documentation of procedures and standards.
- Manage and produce ADFS and related reports.
- Prepares communications that are comprehensible, accurate and effective.
- Performs periodic operational audits to ensure adherence to standards.
- Provides support in a 24x7 model including weekend shifts on Saturday and Sunday (working 5 days out of 7)
- May also be requested to work public holidays, after-hours or Oncall.
- Demonstrates a proactive attitude, works independently and maintains a high-degree of professional conduct at all times.
- Develops and maintains product knowledge, business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job and other training courses.
- 4 yrs + Professional Work Experience
- 2 yrs + Experience in a large Microsoft enterprise scale environment
- 2+ yrs Windows 2008 R2 or higher administration and OS troubleshooting
- Knowledge and Experience (1-2 years) managing Microsoft Active Directory
- Bachelor degree in related field
- Flunency in English (both written and oral)
- System backup and recovery
- System performance and capacity management and investigation
