About this opportunity
This position offers an excellent opportunity to make a real and lasting impact on Nordea’s data landscape in one of the most data-driven parts of the organization, Financial Reporting & Control in Group Finance.
We in the Data Ownership team add value by making certain that data used in financial and regulatory reporting is fit for purpose, correctly understood and appropriately governed. Information architecture is a key part of this, and with the Target Architecture now in place we are set to start building the future “Finance and Risk Data Hub” that will contain a complete and aligned set of data for all regulatory reporting purposes.
As an Information Architect, your main task is to participate in the design and implementation of the future information architecture and to ensure alignment with other Nordea business units as well as applicable policies and guidelines, thereby directly contributing to the realization of GF’s strategic objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and maintaining Business Information Models in the Finance area as well as aligning with BIMs in other areas
- Supporting in the creation and maintenance of business definitions for data
- Supporting projects with information architecture related topics
We have a team of highly qualified professionals supporting each other and you will work closely together with other business units in GF as well as Data Asset Owners and other members of the team. This is a challenging position with great opportunities for both personal and professional growth.
The role is based in Stockholm; Helsinki; Warsaw.

Your experience and background:
- A Master’s degree in Technology, Finance, or other relevant field
- Multiple years of experience in working with data modelling and architecture, or similar topics
- Broad knowledge and experience in banking regulatory reporting, financial accounting, and/or Financial Services in general
- Fluent spoken and written English
