Engineering Team Manager

Opis stanowiska

- Recruiting and train the new engineers for developing team, - Close interface and coordination with the production, sales and logistics departments of the company to ensure proper order fulfillment and customer service, - Train and bring into the team all new developments, - Development of market intelligence in terms of competition, pricing, design trends etc, - Lead critical Group contacts and negotiations, - Interface and key support with the financial team, Applicants should be qualified and graduate Master degree in Engineering, fluent in both spoken and written English, with experience of operating in western style, manufacturing led businesses.

Wymagania

- Excellent communication and people skills enabling effective dialog with employees on all levels and with varied professional sophistication, - Proven track record in managing engineering team in a company of similar size or/and complexity, including significant operations in or outside Poland, - Proven track record of growing engineering team capabilit, - 4+ years of experience in seniors management functions in combination of international/ domestic companies, ideally in related industries, - Knowledge of Company MIS systems (development and/or implementation) - Highest possible ethical and professional standards. - PC literate: good knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD and/or other engineering software
