- Reviews and consolidates multiple discipline scope of work and costing documentation,
- Creates and assures proper configuration of project information repositories,
- Generates required financial documentation as required (major project review forms) for project manager and stakeholder reviews,
- Validates and ensures task completion with necessary followups to project tollgate processes and checklists in preparation for periodic reviews and decision points,
- Oversight and project procurement plan followup along with process area project managers/leaders,
- Develop the cost control chart along with project managers for all major projects, and perform cost control analysis,
- Tracks and updates project schedule as required in Microsoft online or other format as required,
- Develops and issue meeting minutes and project status reports, on occasion facilitates team meetings on behalf of project manager,
- Ensures and follows up to assure proper closeout of completed projects,
- Travel to the job site, if necessary, based on project requirements,
- Review and evaluate the accomplishment of the GPM Fundamentals deliverables along with the project manager and project team members, and ensure proper information/documentation storage according current Project Management process.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Project Management processes,
- Bachelor’s Degree on Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or similar - desired or higher,
- International Trade Experience,
- SAP knowledge required,
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Tools,
- English language – fluent & advanced,
- Familiarity with general engineering and construction projects - desired,
