Your responsibilities:
- Coordination of the flow and changes of technical documentation;
- Coordination of the Department's training;
- Settle budgets for investment projects;
- Ensuring the implementation of the department's plans;
- Supervision over the course of CAPEX processes.;
- Ongoing provision of reports and all necessary documentation to the supervisor and / or the appropriate persons to evaluate the process;
- Preparation of the Department for internal and external audits. Participation in all audits in the reporting area;
- Cooperating with all groups, both in the Branch and in the Polpharma Biologics group;
- Follow your supervisor's instructions.
If you have:
- Higher diploma and master’s degree;
- Minimum 5 years of experience;
- Organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure;
- Decisiveness;
- Skills: good work organization, individual problem solving, good communication, team cooperation skills and being open for new tasks are required;
- Good knowledge of English.
