Engagement Manager
Job Description
- Act as the primary presales interface between AS delivery and Service Sales and between internal stakeholders in the presales phase for all undeveloped opportunities.
- Verify opportunity qualification done by Service Sales and understand customer requirements following sales identification and qualification
- Supports and advices Services Sales and Service Delivery with Services Design expertise to map customer requirements into Company's Services
- Shaping the service approach to address customer requirements together with Service Sales
- Provides the Technical experts with the Copmany's services requirements and get's cost information back. Verifies risk and scopeand (by using known margin targets), turns costing information into pricing
- Contributes to service proposals and advices aboutand reviews proposals created by the CSM and reviews SOWs if created by the CoE
- Creates needed legal framework for the commercial booking process (SoW and quote)
- Assist sales partners in final SOW negotiation/closure with customer.
- Facilitates smooth transition to delivery teams once deal is booked.
- Negotiate (including PM as required) with partners and subcontractors on pricing and engagement models for current projects and contracts.
- Create, track and drive pipeline of opportunities using appropriate forecasting tools. Ensure AS delivery management has visibility to pipeline through regular engagement and account reviews.
- - Ensure AS Delivery management has also visibility onthe resourcing requirements (skill level, quantity, timeframe) for all opportunities in the forecast tool.
- Demonstrates good networking with key internal stakeholders.
- - Very good command of English and one of Europeanlanguages (French, German, Italian, Swedish, etc).
- Experience in business development, partner engagement, project management, finance, negotiation and risk assessment.
- Is able to position the value of services to the customer in solving their business problem.
- Able to identify and analyze project, system or operational requirements, in order to effectively qualify the opportunities,and in turn scope the requirements.
- Is capable of creating compelling service proposals that address the customer's project needs.
- Demonstrates strong negotiation skills.
- Familiar with partner and/or subcontractor services delivery model. Furthermore, understands the impact of margins on the business.
- Is well-organized, with the ability to manage multiple internal stakeholders to ensure customer proposal is created inalignment with their expectations.
- Is a capable communicator (both written and verbal)and presenter in order to convey Company's Services business messaging tocustomers.
