- Development, maintenance and troubleshooting of endpoint security solutions
- Managing policies and software deployment for endpoint security solutions
- Environment evaluation and vulnerabilities assessment
- Proposing service improvements and making recommendations based on investigations and experience
- Producing and presenting service reports
- Preparation and maintenance of the service documentation
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Knowledge of networking, operating system, Azure/Cloud solutions and application development fundamentals
- Understanding and interest in IT security principles, techniques and technologies
- Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication skills
- B2 level (or higher) of Spoken and Written English including technical vocabulary
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field of study
Preferred Skills:
- Hands-on experience in installing, configuring and troubleshooting endpoint security solutions, such as: AntiVirus, HIPS, Firewalls, Advanced Malware Solutions etc.
- Security related certificates, such as: CompTIA Security +, CISM, CISSP, etc.
