Joining Netguru as an Employer Branding Specialist means:
- having a real impact on Employer Branding actions and communication outside the company,
- working alongside experienced and highly qualified specialists from different areas of expertise,

What are the responsibilities of an Employer Branding Specialist?
- from plan to action: building recognisable Netguru brand by managing EB initiatives,
- participating in the creation and enforcement of the recruitment and employer branding strategies,
- maintaining and creating the design cohesion of marketing materials and gadgets with the help of the Marketing department,
- taking care of Netguru’s presence in the IT community,
- assisting in sending targeted email campaigns,
- promoting job postings and being the point of contact with prospective candidatesthrough various channels and tools,
- improving your daily work by updating the current processes and creating new ones
- collecting and analysing data about the EB and recruitment processes
- communicating with candidates and carrying out interviews if necessary, as a member of EB & Recruitment Team.
We want you on board if you:
- have at least 2 years of experience in EB and some experience in recruitment,
- have a hands on experience in liaising with academic and other partners,
- have a proven track of designed, organised and conducted candidate-driven projects,
- have a keen interest in Employer Branding- and People-related topics along with their value for the company,
- have a head full of creative ideas and a knack for design and social media,
- can pro-actively source new talent and know how to attract them by using effective communication techniques and channels,
- know how to write EB-related content in a clear and concise manner,
- have good communication skills and a “doer” attitude,
- have good analytical skills and experience in setting measurable KPI’s and metrics,
- have excellent command of English and Polish, both written and spoken (CEFR C1+),
- love new technologies and can quickly learn how to use various web and mobile applications and tools.
