Reporting to: Global Talent Attraction & Employee Engagement Manager
Role: 12-month assignment (contract via external provider).
You will be a member of the Talent Attraction & Employee Engagement team responsible for leading global Employer of Choice certification and contributing to other global employee engagement projects. The role requires high level of ownership and independence with decision-making component. You’ll be working closely with members of the TA&EE team and Global Talent Management team, JTI People & Culture and other functions’ stakeholders.

- This is a 12-month assignment. Be aware that in our dynamically changing environment development opportunities may pop-up.
- Lead a global Employer of Choice certification in collaboration with approx. 50 markets from around the world, global external provider and many subject matter experts from JTI HQ.
- Support deployment of global listening strategy, with emphasize on: global employee engagement survey 2023, collaboration with Global Business Services teams on local pulse surveys requested by markets, and global talent life-cycle surveys.
- Collaborate with external service providers as well as coordinate the internal project network to successfully launch global initiatives.
- Manage change management communications to local People & Culture teams regarding global projects.
- Provide internal trainings related to global initiatives.
- Develop communication campaigns for projects, incl. cooperation with Global Corporate Communications team, preparing toolkits for markets and global messaging.
- Contribute to initiatives from Talent Attraction and Employee Engagement area.
- Is proactive, self-driven, ambitious, engaged, motivated and passionate about People & Culture.
- Puts people experience at heart of what they do.
- Takes accountability and ownership of delegated tasks and is able to deliver them under minimum supervision.
- Is a strong collaborator and understands their impact on team’s successes and failures.
- Has proven track record of working in multinational companies with hands-on project management experience with preferably large-scale projects and wide stakeholders’ landscape.
- Is well organized and a fast learner.
- Has excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Has excellent command of English (spoken and written).
- Is no stranger to Microsoft Office Suite (especially Power Point and Excel).
- Likes playing Sherlock Holmes, knows how to connect the dots, enjoys analytics.
- Has an eye and patience for details.
