EMEA Transition Manager

Zadania:
- Responsible for all aspects of the EMEA Transition Services
- Provides EMEA based Site Services and Service Desk transition leadership
- Closely coordinates with Global Transition Director and Customer sites services leaders to ensure consistency of transition approachand timing across the program
- Resolves escalated issues utilizing transition governancemodel
- Ensure that Site Services and Service Desk transition is executed on time, with a high degree of quality and according to the approved approach
- Leads the EMEA Site Services team in executing the detailed transition plan on a daily basis based upon the Transition Approach, achieving each transition milestone within the detailed transition schedule
- Conducts required daily and weekly transition status meetings
- Executes formal transition closure process, including acceptance sign-offs, satisfaction surveys and lessons learned feedback sessions
- Possesses a strongunderstanding of Global Service Desk and Desktop Support Technologies and Operational Models
- Working knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical device and diagnostics, consumer health products andbiologics industries
- 7+ Years of Transition Experience with a leading IT Outsourcing Provider
- Strong Understanding of IT Outsourcing Transition Management Processes and Methodologies
- Successful Leadershipand Completion of EMEA-based Site Services (Service Desk and Desktop Support) Transitions
- 5 Years of ServiceDesk and Desktop Support operational and/or operational management experience.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills interacting with C-Level Customer personnel
- Ability to extensively travel regionally as required
- PMP Certification is a plus.
