For our Facility Management division with the office at Krakowiaków 50 in Warsaw, we are currently looking for a talented candidate for the position of:
EMEA Finance Analyst
Location: Warsaw
Key Accountabilities:
- Support Finance Account lead for 3 of the 4 GS clusters, Countries include, Poland, Russia, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, Italy, France and Sweden
- Production of the monthly Goldman Sachs EMEA contract management accounts, in compliance with SOX and GAAP requirements, for review with the Financial Account Lead.
- Produce monthly “Tableau” actual cost report for the client, ensuring correction application of GMP related costs, and ensure correct UER/UBR bookings with JCI monthly accounts, to reflect monthly GMP cost position, for review with the Financial Account Lead.
- Produce monthly client forecast for review with Finance Lead / Account Lead, applying post review adjustments as required.
- Perform contract invoicing and submission of monthly accruals to Client finance team, and drive prompt invoicing of completed works.
- Produce monthly commercial analysis of out of scope activities, including project profitability tracker, and assist Projects lead in managing client’s budgets.
- Support the Financial Account Lead in managing aged debt, and TWC management.
- Provide input to the monthly financial & commercial presentation to the client.
- Assist in the production of monthly Balance Sheet Reconciliations for the UK contract.
- Support the successful delivery of annual budgets for the Goldman Sachs client.
- Ensure end-to-end contract finance procedures are adhered and implement improvement where appropriate.
- Support the Financial Account Lead in maintaining and improving a comprehensive & robust set of financial & commercial management processes which will deliver an effective level of control over all expenditure & commercial activities within the scope of the account.
- Provide ad-hoc support and financial analysis to Financial Account Lead, as required.
Requirements:
- Part qualified / qualified accountant. Strong technical, financial control and accounting skills.
- Potential to take on more responsibilities towards a managerial position.
- Fluency in English.
- General knowledge of Financial systems used in CBRE (Oracle, FMIS) and SOX requirements.
- Excellent PC and Microsoft Office skills essential including pivot tables and graphs.
- Excellent communication skills, a team player.
- Ability to work to clearly defined deadlines.
- Multi-task on projects to meet deadlines, attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervisions when appropriated, and effectively in a complex environment.
