Join our Aerospace Electronics Platform team as Embedded Software Engineer. We are seeking a skilled and passionate engineer to design and develop airborne embedded software for new generation engine controllers.
Key Essential Functions:
- Software development for aerospace controllers
- Designing and developing embedded software for SoCs based on ARM®/PowerPC® architectures
- Performing requirements capture, analysis, design, coding, unit testing, debugging, troubleshooting, software integration, verification and maintenance
- Cooperate with Hardware, FPGA and System Engineers in international teams
- New technologies investigation
Qualifications:
- 4 years+ of proven experience in embedded software development
- Demonstrated expertise with the C code development
- Experience in development of applications for Real-Time Operating Systems
- Knowledge and understanding of Agile-based approach to SW development
- Experience in development of Safety Critical applications would be beneficial
- Hands-on experience utilizing RTCA/DO-178 would be beneficial
- Experience using standard SW development tools (such as Git, Jira, Eclipse, etc.)
- Solid teamwork and communication abilities to operate effectively in the project team environment
- Effective communication skills in English
