In our facility in Niepołomice we are desigining, manufacturing and testing engine controllers and cabinets.
We are seeking a skilled and passionate professional to join our Engine Systems Electronics Group and take full responsibility for her/his assigned products. This is a Senior position that requires some level of leadership and ability to be self-driven and self-motivated. This position works under a moderate to low level of supervision.

Plans, schedules and coordinates detailed phases of several small projects.

Manages all levels of product change derivatives, including task definition and duration estimation.

Participates in and promotes process improvements as problems are identified.

Provides direct support to Sales, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Quality and Test groups.

Performs work that involves engineering practices, and can include a variety of complex features.

Designs, supports, and tests hardware boards and circuits.

Independently performs component tests, writes test reports and Engineering Changes (ECs).

Sets technical direction on projects and mentors lower level Engineers and Technicians.

Supports Customers and Manufacturing in product related issues.

Independently troubleshoots and analyzes component and system problems.

Devises new approaches to problems encountered.

Documents/archives/retrieves drawings from storage system.

Creates and maintains Bill of Materials (BOMs); releases drawings in WISE.

May participate in international and multi-site projects.

May serve as technical lead on manufacturing transition from one plant to the other.

May perform obsolescence management of certain, old product lines.

Enhanced knowledge of main IEC, CE, UL standards is an advantage.

Engineering degree in Electronics, Automatics, Computer Science or related technical field

Minimum 3 years of related professional work experience

Competent problem solving / troubleshooting skills / analytical calculations / statistical evaluation

Must have strong English communication skills, including oral, listening comprehension and writing abilities for effective global communication

Strong Electronics industry knowledge

Proficient at use of personal computers and Microsoft Office
