- Pro-active monitoring of all relevant system components of the productive EDI system "Axway TSIM"
- Provide level 1 and level 2 support for EDI operations
- Provide level 1 and 2 incident and problem management with responsibility for resolution and root cause analysis
- Monitor, maintenance and reporting of system/database/interface availability within Operating Level Agreements.
- Check/Creation/modification of mappings
- Work with team in the global delivery model with team members spread across multiple geographies
- Project support EDI for new SAP-projects or general EDI-requirements
- Error recycling and Task documentation
- Management of external contacts (customers, suppliers, VAN, etc.)
- Interaction with external business partners; onboarding, testing, escalation, clearing, ...
- University degree in Computer Science (Bachelor or Master) preferred but may substitute other technical certification in a related field.
- Practical knowledge of EDI Systems (including administration), Incident tools/procedures and processes in the automotive industry
- Working Experience in Service Design, Transition and Operation Support using Axway Trade Sync integration manager (TSIM)
- Advanced Skills in TSIM-Tools like Object Browser, Resource Control Browser, Retrieval & Archive and OFTP-Monitoring
- Advanced Skills in mapping development and regional/global EDI standards (EDIFACT, VDA, ANSI, ODETTE, ...)
- SAP knowledge and Know How of Sales, logistics and purchasing processes would be beneficial
- Willingness to be on call (outside of normal working hours)
- Flexibility and Willingness to travel
- Good English (spoken and written)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
