Elavon is seeking a dynamic, motivated individual for an exciting new opportunity: eCommerce Revenue Identification Analyst. Reporting into the European Customer Management Analytics Team, this critical role will help shape Elavon’s eCommerce business, and will likely suit candidates from Analytic, Finance or Marketing backgrounds, aspiring to grow their analytics development skill set. This new position requires business acumen, analytic mindset and effective interpersonal and project management skills.
Help shape the overall Elavon’s eCommerce strategy by:
- Managing an external AI vendor that will be helping us improve our eCommerce sales effectiveness;
- Analysing merchant customer attrition and cross-/upselling drivers and supporting the development of improvement business cases;
- Modelling customer strategy related projects and analytical support of project teams;
- Leveraging SalesForce.com and other internal data sources to analyse, understand and recommend improvements to the end-to-end sales and customer servicing processes;
- Collaborating with other teams to maximise the opportunity against major business initiatives;
- Interrogating our MI data suite and extracting deep customer data to enable ad-hoc proposition and business case development;
- Supporting the development of robust Return on Investment analyses;
- Support ad-hoc, decision oriented analyses and, to support commercial needs.
Essential:
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Analytics;
- Proven ability to manage and synthesize complex datasets to deliver commercial insights;
- Proficient Excel and good financial modelling;
- Fluent English language, oral and written is a must;
- Excellent logic and analytical skills -- both quantitative and qualitative;
- Self-starter able to manage multiple priorities in a highly dynamic, corporate environment;
- Quick-learner and positive, confident communicator.
Additional skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Strong eye for detail;
- SQL knowledge an advantage;
- Experience of CRM systems (eg. Saleforce.com) an advantage;
- Financial Services experience is highly preferred, Payments experience is ideal;
- Experience with matrix organizations a plus.
