Opis stanowiska / Job description:
- Reviewing the content of and keeping statistics on incoming agreements
- Entering agreement data, including invoicing and reporting to the card organizations
- Maintaining contact with the various internal and external interfaces
- Processing client enquiries submitted to E-Commerce by telephone or in writing and developing the corresponding technical solutions in the required languages
- Processing all cash flow enquiries as well as correcting and re-entering card transactions
- Managing and processing various mail accounts in addition to writing individual correspondence
- Client management, including monitoring and termination
- Independently and professionally performing any tasks according to the defined targets and in a client-oriented manner

Kogo szukamy / Profile description:
- Experience in Customer Care or 1st Level Support function is desirable
- Deepend knowledge of Polish, English and Communicative German language is required
- Independency, a flair for technology and enjoy having contact with clients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A high degree of dedication, flexibility and the ability to cope well under pressure
