Currently, we are searching for Junior Recruitment & Employer Branding SuperHero who will help to take care of recruitment process from end to end and support employer branding activities.

- Have proven at least 1-year experience in IT-related recruitment
- Be self-motivated and feels comfortable working with supervision
- Easily build long term relationship
- Have good communication skills both in Polish and English (B1/B2)
- Have basic knowledge about employer branding and modern recruitment process (for example using social media)
- Be definitely a “social person”, who is eager to network and talk to others and has enough empathy to understand others’ needs
- Be result oriented
- Responsible for supporting the hiring process in Wrocław office
- Identifying people, who appear to be a good fit for our company
- Help in identifying opportunities to recruit at local job fairs and similar gatherings of potential applicants
- Complete data input into STX Next recruitment system
