E-Sales Manager, Eastern Europe

to be responsible for the sales of our e-solutions and e-products to hospitals and medical colleges and the promotion of all relevant electronic products (Sci-Verse, MDConsult, Procedures Consult, First Consult, Imaging Consult) throughout the territory (Eastern Europe, based in Poland)

 

About the role:

  • Understanding client needs and preparing and delivering strong presentations and product proposals
  • Generating substantial new business opportunities through execution of the e-sales strategy
  • Managing existing accounts (including pre- and post-sales activities)
  • Using CRM in sales planning, territory prioritization and forecasting
  • Achieving annual revenue objectives set for the territory
  • Delivering an annual plan and budget for the territory
  • Communicating internally with Elsevier's international offices

 


  • Relevant university degree, preferably in Health, Science, or Technology
  • Demonstrated passion for sales and a commitment to providing customer-centred marketing solutions
  • At least 3 years experience selling software solutions, medical equipment or information products to institutional customers
  • Able to operate independently as well as thrive in a team environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (public speaking, presentations)
  • Fluency in Polish and English required (other EE languages an advantage)
  • Flexibility for travel to meetings with clients as well as attending national and international company meetings.
