We are looking for an innovative and hard working E-Commerce Manager to lead the development and management of our online sales platform. In this pivotal role, you will leverage your e-commerce expertise, strategic vision, and industry insights to steer the growth of our digital sales channel. As the driving force behind our e-commerce efforts, you will have the opportunity to shape our online presence, enhance user experiences, and drive sales, all while ensuring a seamless and customer-centric e-commerce journey.
- Create and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives,
- Identify and pursue new opportunities for growth within the online sales channel,
- Oversee the development, optimization, and maintenance of the e-commerce platform,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (internal and external), including IT suppliers, design, and marketing, to create user-friendly and effective e-commerce platform,
- Create and optimize online customer journey to improve user experience and increase conversion rates,
- Implement best practices for user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design,
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate digital marketing strategies that drive traffic, increase brand visibility, and boost online sales,
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns,
- Analyze e-commerce sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to make data-driven decisions,
- Prepare regular reports on e-commerce performance and provide recommendations for improvement,
- Ensure the e-commerce platform complies with relevant laws and regulations,
- Maintain strong security protocols to safeguard customer data and privacy,
- Identify and collaborate with key partners, such as payment processors, to enhance the functionality and payment options of the e-commerce platform,
- Continuously test and optimize the e-commerce platform for performance, user experience, and conversion rate improvements,
- Stay informed about e-commerce industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitors' strategies to maintain a competitive edge,
- Develop and manage budgets for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and efficient resource allocation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred),
- Proven experience in e-commerce management and strategy development,
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing tools,
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities,
- Knowledge of web development and design principles,
- Familiarity with SEO, SEM, and digital advertising,
- Understanding of data privacy and security regulations.
