- Assist in the deployment of Dynamics AX mainly in Manufacturing and Inventory modules
Work with management and employees to define and document proper processes for manufacturing and inventory as related to Dynamics AX. - Provide daily support to end user for Dynamics AX and related systems.
- Troubleshoot various issues
- Lead and participate in company webinars to train user base on current and newly released features and functions of Dynamics AX.
Requirements
- Business application support of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 or higher
good kowledge of Manufacturing/Distribution topics: - Master Planning- Scheduling/Routes
- Production Control/ Production Orders
- Experience working within the manufacturing industry
- Ability to analyze situations and business processes and develop solutions
- Experience supporting AX
- X++could be an advantage
