Dynamics 365 Finance Consultant

Responsibilities

• Implement Dynamics 365 to multiple locations in EMEA
• Managing the life cycle of change requests, from requirements engineering to support of user acceptance testing
• Take an active lead for specific topics with scope for full life cycle processes related to ERP
• Knowledge of business processes to find global solutions for new requirements and aligning them with stakeholders
• Collaboration with developers to implement solutions
• Creating training material and performing trainings
• Support regional ICT project manager in project implementation as well as the implementation and maintenance of Group IT standards and best practices / support users in EMEA facilities, especially during the implementation phase
• Providing global 2nd level support to users
• Up to 50% travel

Profile:

• Several years of Dynamics AX / Dynamics 365 implementation
• Process end-to-end understanding is a plus
• Expertise in Finance module of MS Dynamics 365 FO/AX
• Experienced in communicating effectively across all levels
• Focussed and self-driven
• Excellent communication skills  English (written and spoken) at all levels Senior-level
