In our Technical Operations department responsible for production activities, we are building a completely new Fill and Finish department. We are looking for a collaborative, quality-minded and experienced person who will help us in preparation of procedures and support qualification of equipment in cleanroom. This person will also assist in training of operators, perform visual inspection and ensure the correct execution of production activities according to cGMP.
- Executing all critical activities related to Drug Product manufacturing: filling, filtration and visual inspection
- Serving as a reference point for operators overseeing the execution of the production process in sterile room in accordance with the working phases described in the worksheets
- Monitoring the environmental parameters and critical equipment and ensuring that the relevant data are correctly recorded in modules and log-books
- Ensuring the correct cleaning and sanitization of the premises and equipment according to the established procedures.
- Supporting FAT, SAT and other Qualification activities
- Monitoring compliance with provisions concerning the methods of dressing and behaviour in the areas with environmental controlled contamination
- Reporting any critical situations to your supervisor
- Supporting your supervisor in preparing relevant procedures and planning activities of the department, regularly presenting selected data and insights
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Aseptic Filling operation (grade A/B mandatory)
- Hands-on experience with single-use and other disposable systems
- Knowledge of off-line, at-line and on-line techniques for environmental monitoring
- Understanding of Microbiology and Sterility issues
- GMP experience gained in Fill and Finish manufacturing
- Hands-on experience with Fill and Finish equipment and visual inspection
- Fluency in English, knowledge of Polish language will be an advantage
- Higher education in Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering, Biology or related is preferred
