INSTANT UPRIGHT

The company is specialist in and total suppliers of aluminium scaffolds for the rental part of the building industry. The products are represented world wide. A substantial number of these products are marketed under known brands. The products are sold in the Eastern part of Europe through dealer network and directly to the major rental companies in the territory. Presently, there are 110 employees in the company. The functions are divided into Sales, Production, Service, Logistics, and Stock.

Opis stanowiska

The new District Sales and Account Representative will refer to the District Manager. You will be in close contact with the colleagues in the organisation and have a strong back-up. You will be work out of your own home. The District Sales and Account Representative will be the driving force in the continuation of the positive development on the Eastern Part of the European market. This means a continued optimum servicing of distributors to make them feel capable of servicing their existing customers and at the same time educate, train and support the Major Rental companies on Depot level for them to be able obtain new market shares with our product with their customer base. Further tasks:
  • Responsible for information flow to Major Rental Companies on Depot Level.
  • Implementation of our product in new Depots.
  • Introduction of New products to Distributors and Major Rental companies
  • Build the knowledge of customers and distribution channels
  • General marketing of products on the markets
  • Participation in local exhibitions together with our Distributor. Success criteria: 1 Increase servicing and degree of knowledge of the distribution network 2.Participate in the development of the company
  • Wymagania

  • The candidate can presently be employed in a similar position in a company selling or renting scaffold products.
  • It would be an advantage that the candidate has experience with the Eastern Region of European market.
  • The candidate must pursue both short and long-term goals.
  • The candidate should be used to travelling. Approx. 80-100 travelling days should be expected.
  • The candidate must be a solid merchant – be resourceful – be able to inspire – have the drive / power to carry his/her way - as well as technical flair.
  • He/she is also a good internal sales person, e.g. is able to communicate messages/visions to the distributors as well as internally – communication at all levels. Mainly we expect:
  • Independent work
  • Good negotiation and communication skills.
  • One who follows and closes the assignments.
  • Languages
      o It would be a clear advantage of skills in either Polish, Russian, Czech and English FURTHER CONDITIONS IT: You should be able to us the MS package. Domicile: Polen or Czech Republic
