Through a worldwide network of distributors, the company designs, manufactures and sells Aluminum Tower Systems, Boiler Scaffold Systems, Aviation Docking Systems and Customised Access Solutions.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive District Manager with experience in B2B sales to work closely with our existing customers and to develop new customers in Central and Eastern Europe.

Opis stanowiska
Job objective: Build and continuously develop our business in Central and Eastern Europe.
- To develop sales and grow the market position in the each country
- To implement the local marketing, sales and service strategies (in accordance with overall company targets)
- Execution of sales and marketing activities
- Hold annual negotiations with key clients and distributors to agree sales targets and help them to achieve target
- Customer Relationship Management with all key clients and distributors
- Actively communicate ideas and proposals to IU headquarters and network with IU team
- Develop each customer by training and coaching
- Provide annual sales reports to help manage the business in given territory
Wymagania
Skill Set Required:
- Minimum of 3 years sales experience in B2B companies.
- Strong communication skills are key success factors
- Entrepreneur mentality and style
- Open minded
- Ambition to work within an international company with multi-national, multi-cultural people
- To be fluent in English and Polish. Russian and/or German languages are an advantage
