Position: Director of Sales
Location: Warsaw Marriott Hotel, Al. Jerozolimskie 65/79, Warsaw
The Warsaw Marriott Hotel seeks a Director of Sales to join their staff. Candiate profile includes:
- Minimum 3 years experience in account management & special corporate sales
- Experience in dealing with government, embassy business, group & catering business
- Experience in analyzing market share data & competitor's business and ability to initiate plans and actions to grow market share of corporate & government segments
- Experience in dealing with wholesalers is an advantage
- Ability to plan & execute sales action plans
- Excellent customer care skills with focus on building long-term relationships
- Team leader able to lead and motivate pro-active sales team including short & long range goals setting, implementing selling strategies, procedures and trends
- Open-minded personality with strong communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize and work according to goals and deadlines
- Fluent in English & Polish (spoken & written)
- Computer literate, flexible and out-going personality
