Our Client is a teleshopping network company offering distance selling and e-commerce services in Poland.
Currently, for our Client we are looking for candidates for the position of:
Director Marketing & Sales
Miejsce pracy: Pomorskie Voivodeship
Main Responsibilities:
- Overall planning, managing and controlling the sales and marketing budget.
- Defining the marketing strategy, incl. implementation and execution of the marketing mix with the 4 Ps (Product, Placement, Pricing and promotion) over all channels
- Teleshopping marketing comprehends also TV program planning, developing TV formats, defining the product stories and its production (the range covers from infomercials to live shows)
- All type of e-and m-commerce marketing activities, e.g. newsletter marketing, SEM, SEO, re-targeting, social media, affiliate programs, etc.
- Responsible for the whole web shop, incl. story lining as well as the look & feel
- Defining, planning and executing all kind of marketing events.
- Responsible for the corporate design
- Analysing customer behaviour and development across all channels, e.g. audience/viewer and online visitors analysis, defining new customer acquisition and re-activation programs
- Planning and implementing CRM system, incl. customer loyalty program.
- Being responsible for all kind of marketing analysis
- Following up and analysing market developments / trends
- Advising and exchanging with Category Management on assortment and product lifecycle issues
- Negotiating and managing diverse service providers / agencies
- Target oriented leadership and developing the team skills
Your Profile:
- Completion of master studies, ideally in business administration or economics
- Minimum 7 years' professional experience, thereof at least 5 years of relevant professional experiences in marketing and sales
- Very strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as a high sense for numbers
- Well-founded knowledge in retail industry and of the Polish market, ideally in e-commerce and / or teleshopping
- Inspirational, effective communicator with leadership skills and being a team player
- Result-oriented, creative and hands-on manager with a good strategic mind-set; entrepreneurial thinking would be an add-on
- Ability of coaching and developing co-workers
- Highly self-motivated and stress resistant; strong commitment to the tasks and targets
- Fluent in Polish and English is a "must have"
- Having international experiences would be an add-on
