- Continuously training team members

- Monitoring work and reports on progress against service level targets.
- Building and enhancing strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Acting as escalation point for the client
- Identify and implement improvements to the team.

- Undertake regular staff performance reviews

- Managerial skills record (at least 3 years) in IT support and/or service delivery environment
- Full working proficiency in the English language (German – highly desirable)
- System, application and network knowledge (Windows/Win Server, Unix, Mac OS, Active Directory, Exchange, Lotus, LAN/WLAN, Anti-virus, Firewall),
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Superb communication and presentation skills
- Ability to prioritize and spread the workload
- Positive drive and enthusiasm with a willingness and desire to grow and develop
- Understanding of IT service delivery environment
- Certificates highly preferred (Microsoft, Apple, Cisco, ITIL, etc.)
- Reliability and flexibility – able to respond to changing demands and take on additional responsibilities as required
