The Digital Sales Specialist will be the go-to person for all new & existing customers regarding digital transactions with Unifeeder Shortsea. The Digital Sales Specialist will support the onboarding of customers to our platform myUnifeeder and further act as support function for any platform-related questions and issues. The execution and later automation of the KYC process and the constant monitoring of platform traffic and lead generation towards Digital Sales will be further important deliverables. We want it to be easy and convenient for our customers to do business with Unifeeder Shortsea – the Digital Sales Specialist will be very close to our customers and help us to achieve our ambitious goal.
- Overall responsible to help new and existing customers to get onboarded to myUnifeeder.
- Go-to person for all customers on the platform in case support is needed.
- Ensure customers understand the tools and benefits of using the platform.
- Support Manager Digital Sales to monitor and measure traffic on the Platform.
- Share feedback received from customers with colleagues from Sales / IT to improve the platform / initiate corrective actions.
- Overall responsible for the KYC process (from manual up to fully automated).
- Support the commercial colleagues to ensure high traffic on myUnifeeder.
- Drive training and share knowledge within Unifeeder.
- Constantly analyze and monitor platform traffic and extract leads.
- Strong communication, customer-oriented and analytical skills.
- Flair for IT and IT-based tools.
- Similar professional work experience and good understanding of logistics and forwarding products and competitive landscape in the European market as strong assets.
- University degree in maritime transport, logistics or economics.
- Very good command of English language.
- Creativity in idea generating and problem solving.
- Good organizational skills, attention to details and scrupulousness.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
