Accenture's Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. - Work closely with client Marketing Managers, external agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver digital marketing services
- Engage markets in certified digital services, initiate the projects and manage entire execution process with the team of project coordinators
- Use digital marketing expertise and provide recommendations for new projects implementation
- Demand and budget management for digital marketing projects
- Manage professionally all project risks and issues by building mitigation plans along with communication plans and engaging different project stakeholders when needed
- Manage relationship with client and all project stakeholders
- Ensure all projects objectives are met as per client manager expectations
- Work on continuous improvements of the services offered via the service catalog
- Local, regional and global reporting of the status concerning all projects
- University degree in Management or Business related subject
- Fluency in English and other European language
- Experience in a managing digital marketing projects - min. 4 years
- Experience in project management to manage multiple projects at the same time, develop a detailed project plan, manage scope, risks & issues of the projects
- Experience in client facing role and excellent relationship building skills
- Ability to build diverse collaborative relationships with a large number of individuals across all levels in the organization
- Ability to understand and analyze business requirements, expectations and objectives in the area of digital marketing
- Experience in project team coordination
- Excellent interpersonal and communicative skills (both written and oral)
- Ability to operate within discipline and to work through multiple competing priorities to identify those that are key to business/organizational success. Focused on delivering results.
