Global manufacturing Group are looking for a Digital Marketing Web Manager to work within our Group Marketing team. Based in a hybrid environment but close to one of our many manufacturing facilities (200 Globally). This role will report directly to the Head of Marketing, Website Platform and the successful candidate will have a background in digital marketing/communications with a good knowledge of the latest trends in those areas.
This is an exciting opportunity where the successful candidate would gain excellent exposure to the entire global organisation by playing an integral part in our Global Digital Experience Programme.
Responsibilities:
- Management and optimisation of content across the Group Corporate Website
- Proactively working with marketing teams and stakeholders globally to optimise content on regional websites
- Liaise with agency partners to manage translation of content across multiple languages for our global web estate
- (30+ websites)
- Working with digital stakeholders across the Group to support SEO strategy and to manage technical SEO projects
- to improve overall site performance
- Monitor and analyse global website performance through Adobe Analytics, Site Improve & Google Search Console
- across our core websites
- Product Owner of wider digital marketing technology stack (Hotjar, Google Analytics, Formstack)
- Collaborate with our international Marketing teams to identify new development or functionality changes across
- our global web estate
- Prioritisation of new web developments and functionality, working collaboratively with our Digital Marketing Leads
- across the business
- Quality assessment of new developments/changes to functionality and communicate to Digital Marketing & Web
- Training Manager to enable effective delivery of training and content guidelines
- Recognised voice of Group Marketing across our global Marketing structure
- Keep abreast of digital developments in marketing departments across the businesses globally
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years’ experience in a similar role
- Degree in Digital Marketing or Communications, or Marketing related field
- A genuine passion for digital marketing
- Understanding of analytics and metrics and their role when evaluating performance
- Strong understanding of Technical SEO would be an advantage
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships across different stakeholder groups
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Interest in the construction industry with experience in content creation, digital marketing, analytics and website management
- A multi-tasker that can stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Able to work independently and as part of an intricate team structure
- Outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Active listener
- Willing to travel to company locations across the globe for short periods of time
- Driving license desirable
- Proven technical implementation and roll out experience CRITICAL
- Forward and proactive thinking – constantly challenging and raising standards
