The Digital Marketing Specialist supports and develops all online marketing channels employing online marketing best practices. This includes the Polish website, e-mail marketing campaigns, campaign landing pages with lead generation focus and web advertising. His/her role is to support the local marketing team by providing strategic direction by ensuring that the online component is part of all marketing initiatives and the internet channel is integrated in the marketing-mix.
The main responsibilities include
Managing the country websites and landing pages using the corporate content management system:
- content updates
- ensure the look and feel of the sites is in line with corporate guidelines
- adaptation and integration of corporate web templates
- educate the local marketing team in using the corporate content management system
- report, monitor and optimize online registration results and web traffic
- traffic building/Search Engine Optimization/Managing back-links and Search Engine Marketing.
Set up, execute and monitor e-mail campaigns and e-newsletters
- schedule/follow up e-mail campaigns
- create/design campaign assets
- monitor/follow up campaign results
- analyze & optimize e-mail campaigns to continually improve campaign results.
Assisting in web advertising in collaboration with the local marketing team.
Drive the social media activities of the Polish office in key channels like LinkedIn, Facebook or YouTube.
Ideal candidate profile
Knowledge & Experience
- Business/Marketing degree with focus on Online Marketing/Web Design and two years of online marketing experience, preferably within a technology/B2B industry.
- Experience with web reporting and analysis is an asset.
- Working knowledge of online marketing concepts, processes, and best practices.
- Experience in e-mail marketing is an asset.
- Experience in Search Engine Optimization and Search Engine Advertising.
- Experience with Content Management Systems.
- Excellent knowledge of Dreamweaver and Photoshop.
- Good knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Good English skills essentially required.
