- Work as the 'face' to the local market brand managers and communication managers for a Digital Marketing service (that includes Email and digital display ad campaign management; SEO and SEA optimization; Analytics in web, CRM, UX), with strategic direction coming from head office.
- Execute and deliver the clients digital/online marketing strategy and planning to include online, new media, SEO to drive the business forward through key marketing channels to boost leads collection and their conversion to sales
- Work with internal teams and external vendors do deliver frequent optimization and monthly reporting of results against metrics, including use of web analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics, email data reports.
- Present convincing arguments for recommendations to the client and 3rd parties while maintaining successful working relationships.
- At least 2-4 years of experience working as a digital project manager for an agency or large sized business.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, analytics, campaign management and eCRM with focus on lead generation and conversion to sales.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing stakeholders onshore and offshore.
- Excellent spoken and written language skills in English and Polish (other European language would be a plus)
