Accenture Operations is one of Accenture key capabilities dedicated to work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.
- Work as the 'face' to the local market brand managers and communication managers for a Digital Marketing service (that includes Email and digital display ad campaign management; SEO and SEA optimization; Analytics in web, CRM, (leads) delivered from nearshore (Europe) and offshore (India), with strategic direction coming from head office.
- Execute and deliver the clients digital/online marketing strategy and planning to include online, new media, SEO to drive the business forward through key marketing channels.
- Administration of online branding, communications and campaigns through consumer websites, search engine optimization, search marketing, and email marketing.
- Liaise with the brand team to ensure campaign strategy is in place, fulfilling local and central guidelines.
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to improve the design, usability, content and conversion points of the consumer websites.
- Deliver frequent optimization and monthly reporting of results against metrics, including use of web analysis tools such as Adobe Analytics, email data reports.
- Present convincing arguments for recommendations to the client and 3rd parties while maintaining successful working relationships.
- At least 2-4 years of experience working as a digital project manager for an agency or large sized business.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, analytics, campaign management and eCRM with focus on lead generation and conversion to sales.
- Excellent client management skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing stakeholders onshore and offshore.
- Excellent spoken and written language skills in English
- Understanding of:
- Adobe Analytics/Adwords , Marketing Campaign automation tools - Eloqua, Seizmek etc.
- Multivariate testing tools and techniques e.g. Adobe Test&Target, Optimizely etc.
- CRM tools
- Web analytics tools (e.g. Adobe Analytics,)
- Use of: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Availability for travels
- The ability to use your knowledge of foreign language on a daily basis at work (we serve our Clients in almost 30 foreign languages)
- Experience with a range of Clients and technology solutions which provides professional relevance
