Drive customer engagement and loyalty through satisfying the needs of on-line consumers and offering them unique digital experience.
- Develops and executes digital marketing strategies to maximize conversion and increase sales for the business.
- Acts as an advocate and expert in new digital technologies, develops strategic understanding of customers’ needs and expectations in order to drive maximum engagement and desired on-line reputation of AmRest brands.
- Works with web analytic programs to create reports and share key performance insights to ensure maximum ROI.
- Oversees loyalty and CRM programs, builds customer acquisition programs to drive database growth.
- Develops internal process for communication and partnership with cross-functional teams from AmRest countries.
- Ensures cross-teaming between the digital service agencies, advertising agencies, media and technology vendors to support holistic execution of brand strategies and top-level delivery to the customers.
- Recommends and manages annual digital marketing budget for all brands.
- Provides professional guidance to the team and develops competency level throughout the organization.
- Proven experience in delivering effective and innovative digital & social campaigns.
- Minimum 7 years of professional experience (including online marketing experience or internet background, preferably in foodservice or retail -min. 4 years).
- Excellent knowledge of web technologies.
- Reporting and data analysis experience.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
