Your new role
The candidate will play a critical role within the Digital Marketing organization managing relationships with several business units (e.g., the Investment Services, Investment Management and/or Wealth Management), a strategic internal business partner (e.g. Information Technology). In this role, the candidate will be responsible for a leading strategic initiatives that support the business, managing digital marketing resources required to deliver the support to business stakeholder, prioritize and assign projects and assignments to team members, and/or administrate one or more digital marketing systems. This role will be responsible for prioritizing and managing the execution of various digital marketing strategies (content and/or technology) and related deliverables on in support of the overall digital marketing strategy. The candidate will develop a strong understanding of our company, business lines, and products, and of competitor digital activities and on-line offerings. The candidate will interact daily with resources (direct reports), digital marketing colleagues, corporate marketing, business leaders, marketers, vendors, agencies and external service providers as required.
What you'll need to succeed
Strong knowledge of digital technology platforms, systems, tools and best practices. Experience with intelligence, governance, metrics & analytic tools/platforms (e.g. Web Trends, Site Catalyst, Google Analytic, etc..). Experience managing projects or resources responsible for web development, user experience, systems integration, and marketing automation. Experience administrating an enterprise-class content management system (Adobe CQ, CrownPeak, Microsoft Sharepoint.) Experience managing internal Digital Marketing resources and 3rd party web developers, technology suppliers, consultants and agencies. Accomplished problem solving skills are critical. Must have strong, demonstrable leadership and creative thinking skills. The manager must have the ability to help our clients in the businesses define and solve complex communications problems. Ability to navigate global, financial landscape, and dynamic regulatory/legal environment. Demonstrated experience supporting busines stakeholders in managing their digital campaigns and activities aimed toward clients in financial services, technology, and/or business industries. Experience in collaborating with corporate marketing, brand & advertising, corporate communications, legal, information technology and business marketing teams to manage the coordination and development of collateral and messaging. Ability to manage and develop team members; ability to influence within a matrixed environment. Strong communication and presentation skills with an emphasis on translating complex concepts to a non-technical audience. Strong collaboration skills; team-oriented with ability to manage projects to completion
