Digital Analyst - Advertising Agency

Responsibilities
- Create and take responsibility for ad hoc analysis as required
- Create and take responsibility for weekly monthly, and quarterly reporting if needed
- Assist with report transition into Tableau
- Advice on data usage for strategic purposes and queries
- Cooperate with research department and answer for requirements
- Provide detail explanation over data as a consultant for client
Job requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as Web / Digital Analyst
- eCommerce and social / media experience in analytics
- Analytical mindset and expert skills in creating insights form any type of data
- Ability to synthesize insights into actionable business intelligence
- Expertise in social & media listening tools (ie. Brand24)
- Expertise in web scraping tools
- Expertise in Excel, Tableau and data visualisation
- Ability to interpret and analyse data using statistical techniques
- Expertise in Adobe Analytics (knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus)
- Ability to understand and create data funnel for Adobe stack and/or other tools (e.g. Scraping tool to data modelling tool)
- Understanding business needs and priorities
- Focus on delivering business result
