About this opportunity
Welcome to the App Server Automation unit in Technology. We add value by automating and streamlining our operations and processes to enable rapid development and deployment of software.
As a DevOps Engineer, you'll play an important role improving and and delivering the Nordea DevOps strategy and journey together with highly skilled colleagues. You and your colleauges will improve and enable Nordea to move towards a more modern automated landscape and ways of working.

helping to drive migrations of legacy software to a modern container based platform.

Your experience and background:
-
Good understanding of container based architecture and infrastructure solutions. Troubleshooting capabilities in cloud and container platforms.

API development experience.
-
Java practical experience (including Spring and Springboot)
-
Automation experience. Knowledge of Ansible is an advantage.
-
Hands-on experience with development of automated CI / CD deployment. Knowledge of Jenkins is an advantage.
-
Practical experience with one or more from following: container monitoring, security, logging and/or storage solutions is considered as an advantage.

Linux system administration skills, with a practical experience operating them in a virtual and/or a cloud environment.
