Responsibilities:
• Technical support for internal customers
• Maintenance and administration of the IT environment
• Technical analysis and implementation of IT solutions
• Hardware and Standard Software Support:
• Administration of the European Microsoft Windows Desktop-PC environment
Qualifications:
• Understanding Microsoft Active Directory and GPO
• Microsoft Windows (Desktop and Server Operating Systems - Windows 7, 10)
• Microsoft Office Standard Software Products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Vision, Project, Publisher)
• Microsoft Windows Server 2008, 2012, 2016 (basic)
• English skills in speech and writing
