BuroHappold Engineering's Warsaw office is looking for a Desktop Publisher Assistant to join their friendly, creative and dynamic team, supporting our global business. For 40 years we’ve been building our reputation for delivering creative, value led building and city solutions for an ever changing world. Our Warsaw operations have been responsible for some of the most innovative projects in Poland, including Copernicus Science Centre, Q22, Dworzec Wileński Metro Station and the Museum of Modern Art in Wrocław so you will be based in a very interesting Engineering hub although supporting users around the world.
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position
- Excellent knowledge of InDesign, MS Power Point, MS Word
- Good knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop
- Experience in working with Corporate Identity guidelines and templates
- Fluent English and Polish
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail are necessary
- Willingness to grow and develop skills
- Prior experience in a similar position in an international company would be an advantage
- Preparing branding materials based on company templates
- Preparing well-devised and designed presentations and reports upon the request, according to a given specification
- Rework existing materials according to a given specification
- Prepare project visualisations for wall display upon request
- Ability to make linguistic and editorial text corrections if required
