Currently we are looking for the candidate for the position of:
Deputy OTC Operations Manager
Location: Lodz, Poland
Key responsibilities:
- Manage operational activities via Team Leaders and Team Members
- Realize departmental strategic objectives
- Analyze and monitor process results (SLA reliability, internal controls, quality of performance)
- Stimulate process improvements and support execution of departmental projects
- Build positive relations and teamwork environment
- Monitor implementation of new processes
- Identify issues, define and implement action plan
- Build and maintain network with customers
Requirements:
- Strong experience as Senior Team Lead or Operations Manager in SSC/BPO company
- Deep knowledge of Order to Cash domain
- Customer and business oriented
- Fluent English (verbal & written)
- Excellent communicational skills and negotiations capabilities
- Drive for results
- Strong time management and planning skills
- Ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement them
- Stress resistance and ability to manage very dynamically changing environment
